Behind the Poll:
President Joe Biden’s approval rating continues to plummet. It is now around 43% according to Real Clear Politics. Other sources are reporting even lower figures: “The latest Quinnipiac University poll had Biden’s approval/disapproval at 38/53, down four points in three weeks.”
The low numbers are unusual given the claim that Biden is allegedly the most popular president in U.S. history. Some expected his approval rating to bounce once the media was no longer covering the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, but those projected gains have yet to materialize.
