According to Breitbart News, President Donald Trump has announced that he will hold a rally at an outdoor venue in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
“There will be ample access to hand sanitizer, and all attendees will be provided a face mask that they are strongly encouraged to wear,” the campaign announced.
