Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar recently made comments blaming police officers for rising crime, and accusing them of not doing their jobs properly. She said:
“What we must also recognize is that the reduction in policing currently in our city and the lawlessness that is happening is due to two things. The police have chosen to not fulfill their oath of office and to provide the public safety they are owed to the citizens they serve.”
Many conservatives believe the real reason behind rising crime is radical Left-wing Democrats defunding the police. Others believe that Omar has a point, and the police aren’t doing their jobs. What do you believe?
