California Governor Gavin Newsom recently announced that students will need to have the COVID-19 vaccine to attend schools in-person, once it’s FDA-approved.
California was also the first state in America to require masks in schools and for teaching staff to have the COVID-19 vaccine.
The First Amendment says the government cannot prohibit the free exercise of religion. The Fifth Amendment says that no person shall be “be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”
