Do You Think a ‘Red Wave’ Is Coming in 2022?

Behind the Poll:

An article by Paul Bedard begins with the headline, “Trump sweeps Election Day, goes 4-0. Yes, Virginia (and the rest of the country), Donald Trump matters.”

Bedard goes on to say, “In the elections, two Trump-backed candidates also beat two of President Joe Biden’s endorsed challengers — the victories seen by some Republicans as a sign of 2020 election buyer’s remorse and a 2024 preview.”

Inspired by the big wins on November 2, 2021, Just The News reports that “Republicans are now targeting 70 House Democrats for defeat” in the 2022 elections.

“The GOP sees Youngkin’s successful campaign in a state with Democratic governors since 2014 as a roadmap to take back the majority in Congress in the 2022 midterms.

“National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Rep. Tom Emmer said that “no Democrat is safe” in this election cycle.

“‘Voters are rejecting Democrat policies that have caused massive price increases, opened our borders, and spurred a nationwide crime wave,’ he said in a statement.”
