The judicial branch has repeatedly shut down Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandates, and in all cases, judges have claimed they are examples of federal overreach.
However, the Biden Administration and the Democrats have refused to back down and have consistently attempted to enforce mandates. This is why blue states have some of the harshest rules on Covid vaccines and face masks.
