Here’s what we know so far…
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has gone back to the hospital in order to have a “minimally invasive non-surgical procedure” done.
A press release states, “According to her doctors, stent revisions are common occurrences and the procedure, performed using endoscopy and medical imaging guidance, was done to minimize the risk of future infection.”
The release also stated that Ginsburg was “resting comfortably and expects to be released from the hospital by the end of the week.”
This has not been the first time Ginsburg has gone to the hospital, and probably will not be the last time either.
However, she has stated that she will continue as a Justice for as long as she can which is probably why she is going to the hospital so many times so she can hopefully stay in to shape.
She has stated, “I have often said I would remain a member of the Court as long as I can do the job full steam. I remain fully able to do that.”
She is currently the oldest Justice in the Supreme Court and frankly needs to retire.
