Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter, has stepped down. In his place is a person Breitbart has nicknamed ‘Gulag Parag.’ Under his leadership, Twitter has already cracked down on the sharing of photos and videos. The company gave the following rationale:
“The misuse of private media can affect everyone, but can have a disproportionate effect on women, activists, dissidents, and members of minority communities.”
In this context, ‘dissidents’ probably refers to BLM and other left-wing activist groups. So it appears that Twitter’s new CEO is even more left-wing than Dorsey himself. Do you think the company as a whole will crank up the censorship of conservatives?
