He isn’t happy with the results of this investigation and has totally lost his mind!

The formerly highest paid actor in the world now spends most of his time producing and posting darkly satirical political art pushing left-wing conspiratorial takes on the news of the day, particularly focusing on Hollywood’s Source of All Evil, the duly elected President of the United States. Over the weekend, Carrey made clear that he has officially “washed his hands” of the man who Trump critics spent two years touting as the guy who would finally take down the president, Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

“You let us down Mr. Mueller,” Carrey tweeted, along with a likeness of Mueller and the acronym “AWOL” scrawled in white over the black background. “You saw obstruction and washed your hands of it. Not indicting a President is a memo, not a law. You let a tyrant skate with ‘I don’t remember’. You gave the enemy a leg up. Live with that…’PROSECUTOR.'”

While Carrey appears to have faced the fact that the “collusion” conspiracy theory — the central accusation leveled by Democrats and Trump’s critics for two years — was thoroughly dismantled by Mueller’s report, he, like the Democratic leadership, has shifted the focus now to alleged obstruction of justice, about which the report states, “while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

Carrey’s post Sunday is not the first Mueller-themed post expressing disappointment in the results of the much-anticipated final report. “WTF,” wrote Carrey in a post a few days after Attorney General William Barr released his summary of the report. The Post includes an image of Mueller with a bloody nose and the words “Umm…Rope a Dope?” in the background.

Carrey has also taken aim at Barr a few times, portraying him as misleading the public before he even issued his summary of the report. “The Mueller report is out! The question now is…how low will this Barr go?” Carrey wrote when the final report was first delivered to Barr.

After Barr released his summary that directly quoted from Mueller’s report — and which Mueller reportedly agreed was not “inaccurate or misleading” about the conclusions of his report — Carrey wrote sarcastically: “Wow! How could I be so wrong abt this President?! The fact tht Barr let him skate on OBSTRUCTION, even after confessing on NATIONAL TV, proves Potus is 100% above reproach! Orrrrr…he, like Gotti, slipped the noose again. So today we eat crow. Trump’s goose will be slow-cooked.”

On the question of obstruction of justice, Barr wrote in his summary issued March 24: “The report sets out evidence on both sides of the question and leaves unresolved what the Special Counsel views as ‘difficult issues’ of law and fact concerning whether the President’s actions and intent could be viewed as obstruction. The Special Counsel’s report states that ‘while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.'”

“After reviewing the Special Counsel’s final report on these issues; consulting with Department officials, including the Office of Legal Counsel; and applying the principles of federal prosecution that guide our charging decisions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel’s investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense,” Barr wrote.

Carrey has repeatedly predicted that Trump will go down for something: “While you’re busy doing your premature endzone dance, don’t trip over the challenge flag you overinflated pigskin! This play WILL be reviewed — and the game is FAR from over!” he tweeted four days after Barr’s summary.

He’s also expressed hope that the Democrats will somehow take down Barr.
