Behind the Poll:
This spring, Tanner Cross, a teacher in northern Virginia, was suspended for opposing the transgender pronoun policy in his school district. Loudoun County Public Schools suspended Cross for comments made at a school board meeting after some parents requested he not interact with their children.
Cross recently won his case against the school district, and they are paying his attorney’s fees, removing his suspension from his personnel file, and giving him his job back.
Was it ever right to suspend him in the first place?
