Newsmax White House Correspondent Emerald Robinson, who had more than 440,000 followers on Twitter, was recently banned for “spreading misleading and potentially harmful information” about COVID-19.
The ban came after Robinson posted about luciferase, an enzyme reportedly used in the manufacturing of COVID-19 vaccines. It was not made clear what was “misleading and potentially harmful” about her opinions.
This ban follows a pattern seen across Big Tech platforms in recent years, with many conservatives getting banned, including Donald Trump himself. This has led to the rise of alternatives like Gab and Telegram. Should Big Tech continue censoring people, or bring an end to it?
