Behind the Poll:
The Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt recently called on school districts to “rescind and cease enforcement and publicizing of public health orders, mask mandates, quarantine orders, or other orders that were declared null and void by the recent decision.”
That decision was a ruling by Cole County Circuit Judge Daniel Green, asserting that mask mandates and other health orders violated the Missouri Constitution. Parents escorted their maskless children into a St. Louis County school in response.
Did these parents do the right thing by letting their children not wear face masks at school?
