Google has just announced that all employees need to be double-vaccinated by January 18th, or they’ll face disciplinary action. Workers who did not share their vaccination status, remained unvaccinated, or had their exemptions rejected will be contacted by the company separately.
Workers who continue not to comply will be put on 30 days of paid administrative leave and then 6 months of unpaid personal leave. After that, they’ll be terminated if they haven’t complied.
