The Inspector-General of the State Department is launching an investigation into the final diplomatic moves made by the Biden Administration in Afghanistan.
Areas to be focused on in the investigation include the evacuation of the U.S. embassy in Kabul and refugee resettlement efforts. Further inspectors general offices, including at the Department of Defense, are expected to launch their own investigations.
