Behind the Poll:
It’s been revealed that Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters paid her daughter $74,000 of campaign funds this year. This continues a pattern that has seen her hand over $1 million to her daughter since 2003.
Neither Waters nor her official campaign responded to requests for comment made by Fox News, so it’s not known what the money was used for. However, Waters’ daughter does work for her mother’s campaign.
Some conservatives believe this is evidence of Waters misusing campaign funds to support her own daughter. Others say there’s no issue here. What do you think?
