Behind the Poll:
Stop the Steal protester, Victoria White, claims through her attorney that she was hit almost 40 times in just over 4 minutes by Capitol police officers after she was pushed inside the Capitol building on January 6th.
The vicious beating was captured on video, but not publicized until recently. If you watch the video, you’ll see police beat her with a baton and punched her in the face repeatedly even though she was unarmed and did not hurt or threaten anybody.
White is now facing charges for her attendance at the Stop the Steal rally. The police officers who viciously beat her have not been reprimanded or faced any kind of justice.
