A president of a California school board was recently recorded swearing after a parent raised concerns regarding mask and vaccine mandates in school classrooms.
The incident took place at the Los Alamitos Unified School District Board of Education, in California. As the concerned parent, Lauren Roupoli, was finishing her remarks, President Marlys Davidson said “Thank you, thank you. Margaret’s next, thank you. Your times up.” Davidson then uttered “f*** you”.
Many believe this is an example of a wider pattern of parents being disrespected by school boards.
