Is he making a promise he can’t keep?
According to Fox Business, President Joe Biden once again vowed that no American making less than $400,000 annually would pay an increased tax rate to help fund his liberal spending spree.
“The reason I’m bothering to do this is I keep hearing in the press ‘Biden’s going to raise your taxes,’” Biden said. “Anybody making less than $400,000 a year will not pay a single penny in taxes.”
